Portability has become a very important aspect in most items nowadays. Portable phones (mobile phones), portable computers (laptops and netbooks), portable printers, scanners, and many more. Consumers just like their items to be portable. Now, we have a portable canoe.
Otto Van De Steene and Thomas Weyn of Belgium have made a canoe that could be folded into a box when not in use. (*To make things clear, a canoe is a boat with pointed ends.)
The Onak Canoe (as the inventors call it) appears to be a simple luggage which could be trudged along when in land. It also has wheels so that it could be moved around from place to place easily.
It could then be unfolded in a matter of minutes when the user needs to navigate through a body of water.
The Onak Canoe can accommodate one to two passengers. Perfect for couples and single people as well.
